Custom Designs by Robyn Warne
What is involved with a custom design?
In addition to my custom ornaments, I create custom hand painted pieces for the home and gift giving. Frames, boxes, mirrors, journals....pretty much anything can be painted!Ordering Information for a Custom Design
Step 1 - Plan ahead!
Seasonal demands may limit availability - orders for custom work may not be available during the peak holiday season: Oct-Dec.A custom design averages 4-6 weeks to complete, this includes consultation, design time and creating the finished piece.
Step 2 - Contact me to discuss the design you have in mind.
Email me with your idea, I will let you know if it is a design I can do.The cost of the surface, including shipping if it needs to be ordered from a supplier, will be added to the design estimate.
If you decide to proceed, a non-refundable design fee of $10.00 is required before working on your custom design.
This fee will be applied towards your order total if you order the custom item.
Step 3 - Design Process.
I will create a color sketch of the design for your approval. After client approves the design - payment of the order balance, including shipping and NYS sales tax if applicable, must be received before work on the piece is begun.
I will let you know when your item is done and ready to ship!
Custom Order Policy
My custom work is created just for you! I cannot accept returns or issue refunds on custom orders. Please refer to my Policies page for additional ordering and payment information!

It all starts with a sketch. After a design concept is agreed upon and the $10 design fee has been paid - I will create a color sketch to give you an idea of how item will look. |
