PRIVACY POLICY

  • Your personal information is NEVER shared with anyone.
  • Your email address will only be used to contact you regarding your order or if you sign up for my newsletter .

ACCEPTED PAYMENTS

  • Credit Cards:
    • Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express - security processed through Paypal. Payments made by phone processed through Square.

  • Check/Money Order:
    • U.S. Orders - checks & money orders accepted
    • International Orders (Canada, U.K., Australia) - money orders made out in US $ funds only are accepted.

HOW TO ORDER

Web Orders:

  • Ordering through the shopping cart is easy and secure – just follow the instructions! You have the option to create a store account or not at checkout.
  • Create an account at checkout. By creating an account you can keep track of your order. Only your shipping address, contact information and details about your order is stored. This information will only be used to process and keep track of your order. Payments are processed on Paypal's secure servers - this information is not kept with your store account.
  • After you create your account, you can view your cart to finish the checkout process. You will have the option to choose your payment type and shipping method.
  • Checkout without creating an account.
    If you are only ordering 1 item - click on the yellow Paypal button after entering the quantity and any personalization details to complete your purchase.
    If you are ordering more than one item - click the Checkout button. You can then choose to click on the yellow Paypal button to complete your purchse.
  • NY State sales tax will be added to orders shipped within NY State.
  • Please Note: If you choose Paypal as your payment method, only the total dollar amount of your order will be passed to Paypal's system. Order details including item price, description and quantity will not be. You will receive an invoice from the shopping cart with the itemized details of your order.

Mail Order:

  • Print and fill out my order form.
  • Shipping and sales tax (if applicable) must be included with your payment. Please email me to confirm the amount before sending your payment!
  • Send order form and check or money order made out to: Robyn Warne

Please note:

  • Checks must be drawn on a U.S. Bank. Money orders must be drawn in U.S. funds only.
  • For both payment methods – amount of payment must equal the order total plus shipping,insurance and NYS Sales Tax if applicable.

    or phone: (914) 762-5954 10am-4pm (EST) for the total amount before sending in your order!
  • Orders will not ship until payment clears.

Phone Orders:

  • To order by phone with your credit card, print and fill out my order form prior to calling.
  • I accept phone orders 10am-4pm (EST). If I am unavailable, please leave your name, phone number and best time to get in touch with you, and I will call you back.
  • Credit card payments are processed through a secure online server. You will receive a receipt via email after your card is processed. After processing your payment, I shred your card information. I do not keep copies of credit card information.
